Mandy is a Melbourne based artist who specialises in abstract, expressive, colourful work on canvas. She is influenced by nature, colour and aerial landscapes.

Her expressive acrylic paintings on canvas are inspired by her time spent at her holiday home in Cape Paterson; a small seaside town with fabulous rock formations, cliffs, wild ocean and unpredictable weather.

Mandy has always been interested in how lines intersect with the sky. Her 'wonky lines' pen series include electric light poles and wires. A historical record of Melbourne's level rail crossings is depicted on paper in her pen and wash drawings.

Mandy, a retired Visual Arts teacher, balances her artistic endeavour with lots of family time where she is inspiring her younger generation of grandchildren to be as creative as possible.
